Annual Autumn BioTek Domestic Service Meeting

As summer comes to a close, BioTek hosts another annual autumn domestic service meeting. Joining the group for the meeting this time was a member of BioTek’s European service team. The purpose of these meetings continue to focus on: new product training, developing best practices, team work, meet the latest additions to the group and spend time with other departments. As usual, we accomplished these tasks. It is very satisfying to see a large group of professionals continue the never ending pursuit of excellence.

We also continued our pattern of combining good food and music during the week. We enjoyed some more dining options in downtown Burlington. Even though we didn’t have tickets for the Phish benefit concert on Wednesday evening in nearby Essex Junction, our talented team provided entertainment with a jam session Wednesday after the day was done. It was so good we had an encore during lunch on Thursday. They turned it up to 11!

Finally, we completed a multi-day Bocce tournament that crowned co-champions. Hopefully next year the weather will cooperate a little better.

With the flurry of activity behind us, the team is now geared up to continue the delivery of outstanding BioTek customer service and support. Who knows? Maybe the BioTek Service band will jam at a lab near you…
